DMCA / Copyright Notice
Tipping Maples LLC is the registered service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for the MusicianOS product family, including the muos.app Pro+ web platform where artists may publish content. This page exists to publish our designated agent’s contact information, as 37 C.F.R. §201.38 requires it to appear on the service provider’s own website — being registered with the U.S. Copyright Office is not, by itself, sufficient.

This page is the required publication of our agent’s contact information. The full notice-and-takedown process — how to submit a compliant infringement notice, how a counter- notification works, and our policy on terminating repeat infringers — is documented on the MusicianOS product site, where the content in question is actually hosted:

A notice sent to legal@tippingmaples.com is still valid and puts us on notice regardless of which page you started from — but using the product site’s process will generally get a faster response, since that is where the takedown workflow is actioned.

If your complaint concerns content on tippingmaples.com itself (not the MusicianOS app or muos.app), contact the designated agent above at legal@tippingmaples.com. This Site does not host user-generated content, so we do not expect to receive these, but the same agent and address handle them.
