These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the corporate website tippingmaples.com (the “Site”), operated by Tipping Maples LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Tipping Maples,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site only. If you use the MusicianOS app or the muos.app platform, the MusicianOS Terms of Service govern that use, not this page — see “Products and services” below.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it — including not attempting to disrupt or compromise the Site, not accessing it through automated means in a way that burdens our systems, and not reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying it except as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Tipping Maples name and maple mark, and the overall design — are owned by Tipping Maples LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational and evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, see our DMCA / Copyright Notice page for our designated agent’s contact information. To report copyright infringement involving the MusicianOS app or an artist page hosted on muos.app, use the formal takedown process at getmusicianos.com/dmca instead — that is where notices about product content are handled.
Products and services
Descriptions of products and services on the Site are for information only and do not create a contract. Our products and engagements are governed by their own agreements, published on their own properties, not restated here:
- MusicianOS is governed by the MusicianOS Terms of Service and, where obtained through the App Store, by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The MusicianOS Privacy Policy, DMCA / Copyright Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Repeat Infringer Policy apply to your use of the app and, where applicable, the muos.app Pro+ web platform.
- Advisory and technology services are provided only under a separate written agreement between Tipping Maples and the client, which governs scope, fees, and responsibilities.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and services, such as getmusicianos.com and external platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Following a link is at your own discretion.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is general information and is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation. Any advisory relationship arises only under a separate written agreement.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.
